Throwing £360k away Archives

As adults, we learn a few “truths” about life:
There’s no such thing as a free lunch
Too good to be true usually is
Your pay always looks less impressive when it hits your bank account
But there are also gender specific “truths” that “everyone knows” and that some people are foolish enough to say out loud.
BAE Systems has found this to its cost.

Gap have been such a fantastic company to work with. After many years of working with HR companies that give ambiguous answers to questions and offer advice rather than solutions gap do the exact opposite. They are a fantastic company for any business owner to have in their corner. Would highly reccomend.

GAP HR have been absolutely instrumental in our growth as a business. Their response times are brilliant and the constant drip of relevant information we might want to consider as a business is so useful. They really do act as an extension of your existing team which for us has been so good.

We really love GAP HR at BCAS - a great service that really works for us on a two tier basis - the provision of a bedrock of legislative compliance adherence, supplied through our team handbook, which is then supplemented, on an ad hoc need and demand basis, with pragmatic and commercial event specific HR guidance and advice - just what all SME's search for.

59club UK have been working with the team at Gap HR for a number of years - Always friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We have benefited from support with policies and handbooks as well as tailored advice with a number of unique situations. We are lucky to share a number of mutual clients and I know they all think exactly the same - An excellent extension of our support business.

Although hoped that we’d never need the services and support offered by Golf HR, the ‘security blanket’ offered by them was attractive…and much needed in the short time we have been a client! Their no fuss, can-do attitude…evident throughout the whole team…is just outstanding. Whether advising on member v member, member v staff or staff v staff issues, their advice is clear and consistent; and the support provided incredibly reassuring. Very much the extension of our own office team we were seeking. Arguably, the best investment in a long time!

One of our sister organisations had found Gap invaluable in a difficult TUPE deal, so they were our first choice in addressing a complex problem around long term sickness. Their advice has been timely, very prompt and very clear, and has helped us steer a clear course through what might otherwise have been a troublesome issue for everyone. This is not an area for amateurs, however gifted, and we are very pleased to have found such reliable professionals close to hand.
