We are growing and need help in supporting our clients.
We have 150 clients on retainer and, as you can imagine, have a lot of work to do behind the scenes to ensure employment law compliance in our clients.
You will be involved with HR issues at all stages, from putting new employment contracts together to running disciplinary, grievance, long term sickness processes, etc. You will be dealing with owner managers and managing director level at our clients. We deal with all areas of employment law (except for tribunals) and will train you in all of those areas.
We offer 22 hours+ per week. Working in Goring on Thames.
Salary £35-40k depending on experience. Pro rata if working part time.
Good employment law knowledge essential.
You must however also have a willingness to learn and retain knowledge. We are willing to teach you what you need to know, you need to remember it!
You will need to have
- great customer service skills
- attention to detail
- good English grammar
- computer skills – confident with MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
