       Gap have been such a fantastic company to work with. After many years of working with HR companies that give ambiguous answers to questions and offer advice rather than solutions gap do the exact opposite. They are a fantastic company for any business owner to have in their corner. Would highly reccomend.

     We really love GAP HR at BCAS - a great service that really works for us on a two tier basis - the provision of a bedrock of legislative compliance adherence, supplied through our team handbook, which is then supplemented, on an ad hoc need and demand basis, with pragmatic and commercial event specific HR guidance and advice - just what all SME's search for.

     Although hoped that we’d never need the services and support offered by Golf HR, the ‘security blanket’ offered by them was attractive…and much needed in the short time we have been a client!  Their no fuss, can-do attitude…evident throughout the whole team…is just outstanding.  Whether advising on member v member, member v staff or staff v staff issues, their advice is clear and consistent; and the support provided incredibly reassuring.  Very much the extension of our own office team we were seeking.  Arguably, the best investment in a long time!

     One of our sister organisations had found Gap invaluable in a difficult TUPE deal, so they were our first choice in addressing a complex problem around long term sickness.
