Furlough Communication – Zoom

So, you can use zoom a lot more. That’s a lot you can do a group meeting to talk to everybody on zoom, they don’t have to have their video turned on. And then inform them that way. You can talk to them on the telephone. You can talk to them by email, you can send them letters by email and by post.

But if you don’t bypass it needs to be guaranteed next-day delivery. That’s the only one that royal mail will actually guarantee was will be delivered to them. Signed for, could be signed by anybody, and we’ve had our post he has been saying, “Oh I was being used helpful because I knew they were there, they just went there to take it so I signed for them and put it in.”

It’s like that’s not the point of the system. Oh, my goodness. So, then they can say they never got it. Because they didn’t sign for it. So, it’s using the technology we have now to do that process whilst we’re on furlough.
