We have 150 clients on retainer and, as you can imagine, have a lot of work to do behind the scenes to ensure employment law compliance in our clients.
You will be involved with HR issues at all stages, from putting new employment contracts together to running disciplinary, grievance, long term sickness processes, etc. You will be dealing with owner managers and managing director level at our clients. We deal with all areas of employment law (except for tribunals) and will train you in all of those areas.
