We want you to be able to deal with HR and any people issues yourself and to not have to call in expensive HR consultants to do it for you! five coaching sessions in the following months to check that you have remembered what was taught in the initial session and have been able to apply it to your staffing issues, offering support where needed (total coverage 6 months).

We are applying for our services to be recognised as training under the Leadership and Management programme from the Learning and Skills Council (Train to Gain South East). If your company qualifies for the Train to Gain grant, then this service will be practically fully funded by the government!
There are more details on the LSC website, but in effect you would only pay just over £100 out of your own pocket to be trained to resolve your staff issues yourself and have a legal foundation of documents that will protect your business.
